1. Information used by Loudge
This public website describes an app in development. It does not offer account registration, accept payments, or connect Patreon accounts. Hosting and network providers may process request information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. The app data described below concerns pre-release testing, not data automatically collected from every website visitor.
Loudge currently processes information you provide or create, including:
- account details such as email address, username, profile image, banner, biography, pronouns, links, and status;
- messages, direct messages, attachments, voice memos, reactions, threads, polls, and other content;
- Realm membership, roles, permissions, moderation reports and actions, friends, blocked accounts, and invitations;
- Frequency, Records, inventory, equipped cosmetics, and marketplace activity;
- settings stored in the service or on your device, including notification, appearance, microphone, and accessibility choices; and
- technical and security information needed for authentication, live sessions, abuse prevention, rate limiting, and service operation.
2. How the information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts; deliver chat, voice, media, moderation, discovery, and social features; remember settings; prevent abuse; investigate reports; maintain the service; and provide account export and deletion tools.
3. Service providers
The current application relies on Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and realtime infrastructure; LiveKit for Realm voice and related media sessions; and KLIPY when a user searches for GIFs or stickers. These providers may process technical information needed to deliver their part of the service. Payment processing is not currently live and is not described here as an active feature.
4. Visibility and sharing
Profile and Realm information may be visible to other users according to the feature and access rules. Messages and media are shared with the members or participants of the selected conversation. Realm moderators may access Realm moderation records within their authority, but user reports are available only to authorized members of the Loudge Safety team. Loudge does not currently claim to sell personal information.
5. Retention and deletion
The application includes account-data export and account-deletion controls. A final launch policy still needs an explicit retention schedule for backups, moderation and security records, legal obligations, abandoned uploads, and data held by service providers. Do not interpret this draft as a promise of immediate deletion from every backup.
6. Security
Loudge uses authentication, database access policies, session checks, permission checks, abuse limits, and protected server routes. No internet service can honestly guarantee that compromise is impossible. Security testing and incident procedures remain part of the pre-launch work.
7. Age
The current registration screen requires users to confirm they are at least 13. Age requirements, parental-consent handling, regional rules, and app-store declarations require final legal review before public availability.
8. Your choices
Users can update profile information, change privacy-related settings that are currently available, block accounts, export supported account data, and request account deletion from Loudge settings. Additional regional rights and the verified request process must be documented in the final policy.
9. Contact and changes
The final policy will publish the legal operator and a working privacy contact. This draft may change as Loudge’s architecture, providers, and release plans change.
