1. Pre-release access
Loudge is unfinished test software. Features may be changed, interrupted, reset, or removed. Access may be limited while reliability, security, policy, and native applications are being completed.
2. Your account
You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your sign-in methods, and activity performed through your account. Do not share authentication tokens or attempt to use another person’s account. Notify the operator through the published support channel if you believe an account is compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Loudge to:
- break applicable law or violate another person’s rights;
- harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or expose private information;
- distribute malware, phishing, fraud, spam, or deceptive financial promotions;
- evade access controls, moderation, rate limits, bans, or security testing boundaries; or
- probe or attack the service without explicit written authorization.
4. Your content
You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant Loudge only the permission needed to host, transmit, display, process, and moderate that content to operate and protect the service. The final agreement must define this license, takedown process, and intellectual-property procedure more precisely.
5. Realms and moderation
Realm owners and moderators can manage membership, roles, channels, content, timeouts, and bans within the authority provided by Loudge. Platform-level action may also be taken to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
6. Frequency, Records, and virtual items
Frequency, Records, Volts, cosmetics, and other virtual items are service features, not money, property, or an investment. They may be balanced or corrected during testing. Purchases are not currently live; final payment, refund, pricing, and marketplace terms must be published before monetization.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or ended for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violations of these test terms. Users can use the account-deletion control in Security & Privacy, subject to the current verification process.
8. Software license
Loudge grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the official client for testing the service. You may not redistribute a modified client as an official Loudge build or use the software to bypass service protections.
9. Beta risks
Pre-release software may contain defects, lose test data, or be unavailable. Do not rely on Loudge for emergency communication, critical records, or information that exists nowhere else. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded and must be addressed in the final reviewed agreement.
10. Age and final terms
The current test registration flow is intended for people aged 13 or older. The operator may require a higher age or parental consent where applicable. Final terms, contact details, and change-notice procedures will be published before public release.
